I chose Ease for its convenient location near Union Mall, as I wanted to visit it. But the multilingual staff at Ease pleasantly surprised me. They were so helpful and accommodating, making my stay much more enjoyable. Plus, the free continental breakfast was a great amenity that I loved.
This is my second time at Ease. The first time was perfect, but this time a few things went wrong.

The location near Chatuchak market made shopping easy. The facility was new and clean, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated that they limit the number of guests in each dormitory to save electricity.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, offering assistance and even providing band aids when needed. the hostel admin was also very beautiful. the meals offered at a reasonable price had amazing portions and quality.
The hostel is located over 1km away from the nearest train station, which can be tiring, especially in the heat. the gate closes after 9pm, though a key is provided.
